Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel and found the location to be quite convenient, being close to the JR Chitose train station and AEON Mall. Although the rooms were clean, they felt a bit cramped for my group of four, and the bathroom was rather dated. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more enjoyable. The dining options had a nice mix of Japanese and Western, but could use a bit more variety to be ideal.
I stayed at this hotel and while it had its perks, there were also a few drawbacks. The location is really great, being close to Chitose station and local buses, which made getting around easy. The rooms, unfortunately, were quite small and the bathroom felt outdated. The staff, however, were super friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable overall.
My stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, with clean and spacious rooms that offered a comfortable experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. However, I did have to wait until 3 pm to check in, which was a bit inconvenient after arriving at 11 am. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and a free airport shuttle, though sometimes the shuttle can get a bit crowded.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was great, just a short walk to the train station, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. While the rooms were on the smaller side, they were comfortable enough for my needs. I found the dining options to be decent but not extensive, and the facilities, although not luxurious, were satisfactory. Overall, the value for money was good despite a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel enjoys a fantastic location right across from the train station, making it super convenient for getting around, especially to the airport. The rooms, while comfortable, had a bit of an unusual layout, and the staff was generally friendly and helpful. The dining options could definitely use some improvement as there weren't many choices available. Overall, I found it to be a decent value for money, especially for a business hotel.
